Dominic Mancini – Owner & Master Builder
Dominic grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, honing his skills as a carpenter and a commercial/residential builder. Looking for a more rural place to call home, Dom relocated to Sherburne, NY in 2019, where he continued his work in both commercial and residential construction. Dom has a passion for problem-solving, so he’s a go-to guy for old buildings with unique situations. From demolition, to remodeling, to building from scratch, Dom can do it all!
In his spare time, Dom loves fishing, kayaking, hiking, and rooting for the Cleveland Browns. He shares his passion for the outdoors with his wife Dana and dog Rambo.
Dana Boise-Mancini – Administration
Dana is a Sherburne native, and shares Dom’s passion for problem-solving. Dana has a background in education and finance, and loves analyzing data. Dom’s wife and business partner, Dana handles much of the paperwork and billing for Underdog Construction Services.
Outside the office, Dana spends her time hiking and kayaking, and serving on local community & school boards.
Rambo Mancini – Official Mascot & Ambassador
Rambo has been a fixture at our construction sites since he was born, greeting workers with a wagging tail and a happy face. In his spare time, Rambo enjoys naps and hiking (and bacon).
