Rates and Services

Need a small project completed?
Handyman tasks include things like hanging a shelf/picture, replacing a light fixture, fixing a small hole in drywall – a general “extra hand” for those little things you need done.
Handyman Rate: $25 per hour, plus reimbursement of materials

We’re here to help with those “How should I go about this?” scenarios – just ask our expert team for advice!
Consultations may include help designing a project, a review of a project you’ve designed yourself, among other discussions.
Consultation Rate: $50 per consultation

Labor comes with any project (except consultations), and the price will vary depending on each project’s size, complexity, and type of labor required. If you’ve got the materials, we’ve got the muscle!
Labor Rate: will be determined based on project scale

We are happy to take care of everything, from start to finish! For larger projects like decks, gazebos, or complete remodels, this is our most popular option.
Our whole-project rates include the following services –
– Complete project design
– Sourcing & purchasing all materials
– All labor
Whole-project Rate: will be determined based on project scale.
We typically request 50% of the quoted project cost at the start of the project, and the rest after project completion.
